Meet the Team – Annie Drake
We recently welcomed our new Talent Partner, Annie Drake, to the Connect2Surrey team! We caught up with Annie for some quickfire questions to get to know her better…
1. Tell us about your working background?
I’ve worked in agency recruitment for nearly 10 years, predominantly within the Surrey area, recruiting across a real mix of sectors and roles.
2. What do you like about working in recruitment?
Definitely the people! I’ve always loved speaking to people, building relationships and getting to know what makes someone tick. There’s nothing better than finding someone a role they’re genuinely excited about and seeing everything come together.
3. What are you most looking forward to about your new role?
I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in. I’ve already had such a warm welcome from the team, so I’m really looking forward to settling in more and making an impact!
4. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Socialising with friends, walking my dog Buckley, eating, drinking and running! 😊
