2025 has been a year defined by recognition, growth, and meaningful connections. Connect2Surrey’s teams have continued to strengthen our impact within public and third sector recruitment, staying true to our purpose of supporting Surrey County Council, our communities, and especially our candidates.

Awards and Recognition

This year, we were shortlisted for the Recruiter Awards for Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency and were finalists at the British Recruitment Awards. Helen Archer-Lock was recognised in the Leader of the Year (Agency) category, and Commercial Services Group was a finalist for Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency of the Year. Jessica Lee, one of our amazing Talent Partners, was a finalist for Rising Star (Agency) at the British Recruitment Awards, and Sherree Norval, our Business Manager, was recognised as Leader of the Year at our internal Recruitment Awards. These accomplishments reflect the dedication, expertise, and commitment of our team.
